How do I register for a training course?
You can register directly through our website by visiting the Events page, selecting your desired course, and clicking "Register". Alternatively, contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp and our team will assist you with the registration process.
What is included in the training fees?
Training fees typically include course materials, handouts, certificate of completion, refreshments during training days, and access to any course-specific resources. For NEBOSH/IOSH courses, examination fees may be separate. Contact us for specific course inclusions.
Can I cancel or reschedule my registration?
Yes, cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund or free transfer to a future course. Transfers to alternative dates are always accommodated subject to availability.
Do you offer in-house training at our company?
Yes! We offer customised in-house training delivered at your premises or a venue of your choice. In-house programs can be tailored to your organisation's specific needs and can accommodate any number of participants. Contact our corporate team for a proposal.
What language are the courses delivered in?
Most of our courses are delivered in Arabic and/or English, depending on the program and location. NEBOSH and IOSH courses are delivered in English with Arabic support available. Please check individual course details or contact us for language-specific enquiries.
How do I get my certificate after completing a course?
For most masterclass programs, certificates are issued within 5 business days of course completion. For NEBOSH and IOSH certifications, certificates are issued by the awarding body after successful examination results, which typically takes 6-8 weeks.
